Tomorrow is Claire's first birthday! As we prepare to celebrate this very festive occassion, we feel the need to take a step back and say a prayer for Claire's birthmother. Tomorrow will be an especially difficult day for her. We send our prayers and gratitude to her for making an incredibly selfless decision which gave us the biggest gift we could ever wish for. We can't imagine having the strength to do this, but we are eternally grateful that she found this strength in herself. We wish her peace, health and happiness.
We also send our prayers our to Mr. Kang and Mrs. Lee, who would love nothing more than to be here to help us celebrate.
If you think of it tomorrow, please say a prayer for them as well.
